Combi Boiler Replacement:
If you already have a combi boiler in place and are looking to fit a new energy efficient condensing combi our estimated installation costs would be as follows: (no deposit required)
Supply and fixed vat included £2400.00
Equal payments over 24 month of £100.00
Combi boiler upgrades involve removing the existing hot water cylinder and the tanks feeding the boiler and the cylinder. We also need to connect the new boiler to the mains and to the hot water supply. As a guide please add £250 - £400 to the above boiler swap cost but we would need to survey the job before providing a fixed price quotation.
A typical installation in a 3 bedroom semi detached house with 8 radiators, std flue kit, std clock and thermostat and all pipe work required would be in the region of £3,800 - £4,500 depending on the make and model of boiler you choose. Servicing: Our standard charge to service a boiler is £99 (£85 if it is a boiler we fitted).
